Gaia Photography is now offering session videos and I want to explain why :) But first, here's a pretty picture from a recent session.

Okay, here is goes.


I'm first and foremost a mom. My daughter is now 8 years old and I am now realizing that I have lost SOOOO much to social devices. Not only have I lost pictures of my sweet baby when she was a baby, but I have also lost videos of her sweet little hands holding mine, her smile lit face, and her little waddle. Every single stage of her life has brought new characteristics that I swore would be etched into my brain forever, but alas, that's not always the case.

I started Gaia Photography as a way to honor the season of motherhood and childhood my cleints and their babies are currently in, but it always felt like it was missing something.

SO here I am, trying to give my clients something I so desperately wish I had when my baby was a baby


Because as important as pictures are, they don't tell the full story. But a video and picture combo? That does.
